Dinner in the Sky presented an exceptionally distinctive dining experience, immersing guests in a sweeping panoramic vista as they were seated around a functional chef's table and raised to a remarkable altitude of 50 metres above the picturesque backdrop of Sydney Harbour.

King Tide played a vital role in conceiving the design, curating the menu selections, and meticulously implementing all safety measures, as this marked the inaugural occasion when such an extraordinary culinary adventure was made available to the Australian public.
